Personal Information Defined

Under the Canadian Privacy Act personal information is defined as an individual’s name, address, email address, phone number, race, nationality, ethnicity, origin, colour, religious or political beliefs, age, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, family status, or any other personal, individual details.

Collection and Use of Information

Any personal information collected by Future 2000 must relate directly to the company and be clearly stated to the individual as to how it will be used. Future 2000 will only keep this information for a set amount of time, this time will be enough so that the individual has reasonable opportunity to access it if they so choose. Future 2000 will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information is as accurate, up to date, and complete as possible. This information will be disposed of at a reasonable date as directed by the designated minister. The personal information will not be used without the consent of the individual it pertains to.

Sharing Personal Information

Future 2000 will not sell or rent your information to third parties for marketing purposes. If this were to ever occur, you would be notified and your permission granted before it took place.

We may share your personal information with other employees within our company for purposes of data processing or storage.

Our privacy policy does not include any information you may give out to any of our partnering companies and we strongly suggest that you read their privacy policy before proceeding. We do not take responsibility for any privacy issues occurring on linked websites.
